FAQ

Everything you need to know before you sign up.

How does WeekHaven handle my email and calendar data?

WeekHaven reads your email and calendar only to generate your weekly review. We store only the basics — sender, subject, and a short preview of each email — never your passwords, and we never sell your data or use it to train AI models. Even these basics are automatically and permanently deleted within 60 days — only your weekly reviews and any action items you're tracking stick around. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Which apps can I connect to WeekHaven?

WeekHaven connects to Gmail and Outlook for email, and Google Calendar, Microsoft Calendar, and Apple Calendar for your schedule. You connect only what you want — every integration is optional.

How much does WeekHaven cost?

See our Pricing Page for current plans and prices.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — WeekHaven includes a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. Your trial starts when you connect your first email account (Gmail or Outlook), so the clock only begins once WeekHaven can actually generate a review for you. When the trial ends, add a card from your billing settings to keep getting your weekly reviews; if you don't, new reviews simply pause while your past reviews and settings stay available.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes — you can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Where can I find my invoices?

Your invoices and billing history are available in your billing settings.
