Guides and references for WeekHaven
WeekHaven turns the email you already receive into a single weekly review, so nothing important slips through and you spend less time digging through your inbox. There are three steps to get value out of it:
Each step is covered below. If you only read one section, make it Your Weekly Review.
WeekHaven reads your mail through the provider's official, secure authorization flow — you grant access by signing in with your provider, and you can revoke that access at any time. We never see or store your password.
You can connect more than one account — WeekHaven combines them into a single review rather than making you check each inbox separately.
A review is WeekHaven reading across your connected accounts for a window of time (the past week, by default) and summarizing what actually needs your attention.
Each review only looks at mail since the last one it processed, so you won't see the same messages surfaced twice.
A review groups your mail by how much attention it likely needs, rather than listing everything in the order it arrived:
WeekHaven uses signals like the sender, the subject, and your provider's own labels (for example, Gmail's Promotions or Forums categories) to decide what to surface. Receipts, shipping confirmations, and other update-style mail are treated as neutral rather than automatically buried, because they're often still action-relevant.
The first review is a starting point, not the final word. Sender rules, managed from Review Settings, let you teach WeekHaven what matters to you so each review gets sharper:
These preferences carry forward, so the more you use WeekHaven, the better it reflects your judgment about your own inbox.
