How AI Helps Without Getting in the Way

AI is most useful when it is invisible. Here is how WeekHaven uses it to prioritize your inbox — and how you stay in control.

·The WeekHaven Team

There is a lot of hype about AI reading your email. Most of it misses the point. You do not want a chatbot in your inbox — you want fewer things to read and more confidence that nothing important slipped by.

Signals, not guesswork

WeekHaven combines several signals to decide what to surface: who sent it, what the subject says, whether it reads like a real request, and your email provider’s own categories — like Gmail’s Promotions or Forums labels. Update-style mail such as receipts and shipping confirmations is treated as neutral rather than automatically buried, because it is often still action-relevant.

You teach it what matters

The first review is a starting point, not the final word. With feedback rules you can tell WeekHaven that a sender or topic is always important, or that something is noise. Those preferences carry forward, so each review reflects your judgment about your own inbox a little better than the last.

Privacy by default

WeekHaven connects to your mail through your provider’s official, secure authorization flow, with read access you can revoke at any time. The aim is to help you miss less of what matters — quietly, in the background, without becoming one more thing to manage.
